Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delivery times are estimates only and can vary due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or weather events.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Scrunch & Sip Co is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and we cannot offer reimbursement for packages that have been stolen.

If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately to make corrections before your order is shipped.

Damages and Missing/Lost Packages
Scrunch & Sip Co is not liable for any products damaged, stolen, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please file a claim with the shipment carrier, and contact Scrunch & Sip Co so we can assist in investigating the issue.
