Returns
We accept returns within 14 business days of receiving your order. If 14 business days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to return the item.
Please note:
- Certain items, such as custom or personalised orders, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refund will be for the amount paid, minus any shipping fees, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process.
