Shipping & Delivery

  • When will my order be dispatched?
    Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are usually delivered within 2–8 business days (depending on your location). You’ll get tracking info once it’s on the way!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    The only country we currently ship to outside of Australia is New Zealand - but this may change in the future.
  • What is your shipping policy?

Payments & Checkout

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
  • Is my payment secure?
    Yes - checkout is encrypted and completely secure.
  • Can I use more than one discount code?
    Only one code can be applied per order - choose your best offer!
  • Why was my payment declined?
    This can happen if billing details don’t match your card. Try again or use a different payment method.

Returns & Refunds

  • How do I start a return?
    Please email us at scrunchandsipco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to return the item.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process.
  • How long do refunds take?
    Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Can I return a personalised item?
    Unfortunately, personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Products & Cancellations

  • Can I return an item?
    Yes, you have 14 days to return an item. It must be unused and in original condition.
  • Who is responsible for return shipping?
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • What if I change my mind after ordering?
    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Just email us ASAP.
  • Will my item look exactly like the photo?
    Because our products are handmade, slight variations may occur, making each item uniquely yours. We also do our best to capture accurate colours and details, but please note that colours may look a little different depending on your screen and lighting.
